On May 1, 2020 a wind storm blew down our willow trees, breaking our birch and flattening our rosebeds.

Help us regrow together.

After the storm…

As we recover…

We are so grateful for the support of New York Restoration Project, NYC Green Relief and Recovery Fund, NYC Partnerships for Parks, and all of our community members that have contributed to ensuring the regrowth of the Harlem Rose Garden.

Over the course of 2020, NYRP built a beautiful pergola and rebuilt our walkways. NYC Green Relief has provided new seating areas as well as fresh plants and roses. Partnerships for Parks Crowdfunding Challenge has matched any donation via IOBY to ensure our lovely garden comes back to life. The community is what always made the garden special and it is what has allowed the Harlem Rose Garden to continue serving as a place for all in our neighborhood!

With generous donations through our GoFundMe we’ve been able to replant the entire front area of our garden and create a memorial area. None of this would have been able without you.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the garden as we continue to regrow!

Thank you for your ongoing support and generosity!

Because of all of you, Harlem Rose Garden will regrow to be a part of our community for years to come.
